Change yourself First

If you want to see change outside, it is necessary that first, you change yourself from the inside. 

It’s true because if you are expecting that people talk nicely with you then it means that you must talk nicely to them. First give and then take. You would never be able to take first until you don’t give. 

Really, it’s a great learning. I knew already but today when I watched ted video, it got firmed in my mind. 

There are multiple examples in our daily life. You can analyse and come on conclusion. 

Treat People How They Want to Be Treated

Yesterday I was reading an article and got new learning “Treat people how they want to be treated”.

I analysed it and understood that it is correct also. We should not treat person how you want to be treated. It is obsolete now.

I am a person who always treat others in a way which I like. But it is not always correct. Happy! New learning.

I went in past and found that at many places I was treating the persons which I was preferring.

Usually I like simplicity and that’s a reason I choose simple dresses and I was gifting same to them. But now I came to know that everyone doesn’t like simple dresses. So I should think by putting myself in their shoes. I should gift them according to their likes.

Sometimes some persons like to be treated nicely but you are a person who doesn’t like same. So if you miss to treat them nicely then issues come up. On the other side, if you treat them in a way which they like. Relationship will be nice and peace will be also maintained. But we miss and treat them in our way. They get hurt and relationship get affect.

Sometimes some persons don’t like to wait but you don’t have issue in waiting for some time. Just imagine, if we understand their way and we also do fast then no issues will come up.

If we analyse then we will find many examples in life.

We all are humans but every person is different in their own way. What do you like, other won’t like. Sometimes it matches. Some persons like peace but some persons like to be surrounded by many persons/friends. Some of them like sweet but some of them like spicy. Everyone is having their own different choices.
